Nous recherchons un stagiaire pré-embauche Consultant Technico-Fonctionnel Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform.

Le stagiaire participera à des projets clients réels, au sein d’une équipe expérimentée, avec un parcours de formation certifiant et une perspective de CDI à l’issue du stage.

🔧 Responsabilités:

  • Participation aux projets Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service Client)
  • Configuration et paramétrage de solutions CRM
  • Développement low-code via Power Apps et Power Automate
  • Contribution à des solutions innovantes intégrant Power Platform & IA (Copilot Studio)
  • Participation à l’analyse des besoins métiers et à l’amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur.

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 (Fraîchement diplômé) en informatique, SI ou transformation digitale
  • Intérêt pour le CRM, le low-code et les technologies Microsoft
  • Premières notions sur Dynamics 365 et/ou Power Platform
  • Curieux, proactif, avec une bonne capacité d’apprentissage
  • Motivation à évoluer vers un poste de Consultant CRM Junior
