Description du poste

  • Assurer le support de niveau 3 sur les environnements Windows Server.
  • Gérer et optimiser l'infrastructure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution et de migration d’infrastructure.
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes.
  • Mettre en œuvre des plans de reprise d’activité (PRA/PCA).
  • Superviser et résoudre les incidents complexes, en escalade du N2.
  • Documenter les procédures et les architectures techniques.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise des systèmes Windows Server, AD, GPO, PowerShell.
  • Connaissances en virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Expérience avec les outils de supervision (SCOM, Zabbix, etc.).
  • Bonnes notions en sécurité des systèmes.
  • Connaissances en réseaux (TCP/IP, firewall, VPN) appréciées.

Informations supplémentaires

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique.
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et capacité à gérer les situations critiques.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service.
  • Certifications Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) souhaitées.
