Head of Patient Experience and Strategy

Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
Join us as we transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back. argenx is preparing for multi-dimensional expansion to reach more patients through a rich pipeline of differentiated assets, led by VYVGART, our first-in-class neonatal Fc receptor blocker approved for the treatment of gMG, and with the potential to treat patients across dozens of severe autoimmune diseases.
We are building a new kind of biotech company, one that maintains its roots as a science-based start-up and pushes our commitment to innovate across all corners of our business. We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients.
The Head of Patient Experience is responsible for shaping how patient perspectives influence decisions across argenx and for building patient experience into a defining strength of how we operate as a company.
This leader will build and lead STEP (Strategy Team for the Experience of the Patient), a global cross-functional community that brings together colleagues across development, clinical operations, medical affairs, patient advocacy, commercial, market access, corporate affairs and regional teams to advance a more connected, intentional and impactful experience for patients.
This is a builder role. The foundations have been established through STEP. The next chapter is to create the vision, strategy, capabilities and ways of working that will help argenx remain deeply connected to patients as we continue to grow. Success will require bringing people together around shared priorities, translating insight into action, and creating approaches that can scale across teams, geographies and stages of the lifecycle.
Rather than owning all patient-facing activities, the Head of Patient Experience serves as a connector, catalyst and strategic thought partner, helping ensure patient perspectives become a trusted and consistent input into the decisions that matter most.
As part of Corporate Affairs, this leader will also partner with colleagues across the company to strengthen how argenx listens, learns and responds to the communities we serve. Over time, they will help shape a broader view of stakeholder experience across argenx, working with Corporate Affairs leaders to connect insights and experiences across patients, healthcare professionals, policymakers, employees and other stakeholders. This direction aligns with the broader vision of experience as a company capability that connects insight, decision-making and stakeholder impact.
