Summary:

In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless delivery. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that the software meets both technical and organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align project objectives.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.

- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.

- Strong knowledge of deployment automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems for performance and reliability.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
