What You Will Do
- Develop and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory levels and service levels.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and operational controls.
- Continuously improve warehouse activities while balancing cost and capacity.
- Initiate and enhance supply chain activities, supporting and implementing process improvements.
- Negotiate logistics services provided by internal and external partners and maintain ongoing communication with them.
- Prepare and monitor the logistics budget (Raw Material Warehouse) and lead projects aimed at improving supply services.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts as required.
Who You Are
- Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- Technical/Specialized Knowledge: Production processes, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: Experience managing unionized personnel, WMS, PLAIN, and SAP.
- Experience: 2+ years.
