Senior Data Scientist
Arrive · Bengaluru, India · FullTime · On site · today
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
The Role
Arrive is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with a strong technical background to join our growing Data Science team in the AI & Analytics Experience. The purpose of this role is to deliver data science products and impactful solutions across the organization, playing a key role in advancing Arrive's data capabilities and ensuring data insights are effectively integrated into decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage a modern data stack (including AWS, Snowflake, and DBT) and empower teams with self-service analytics (through Looker and Streamlit).
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will occupy a key senior individual contributor position, leading high-impact projects, mentoring other data scientists, and guiding technical architecture. Reporting to the Manager of Data Science within the DNA function, you will partner closely with key senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution. You will have a broad scope to have an impact by supporting sales via lead optimization, identifying fraudulent accounts, creating advanced parking insights (occupancy prediction, free-to-pay simulator, enforcement coverage, etc.), and providing tools and insights to guide the organization's next best actions.
