Partnership Manager iGaming

Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager (EU/UK region) to build and grow Sumsub’s partner ecosystem in the iGaming industry. You will report to the VP of Sales and work very closely with the Global Head of iGaming. You will establish, own & develop relationships with the technology providers that iGaming operators rely on: platform providers, PAM (Player Account Management) systems, turnkey and white-label solutions, aggregators and other ecosystem players. Your goal is to make Sumsub the default verification and compliance layer across their platforms, and to turn these partnerships into a steady, ever growing source of revenue.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Find, qualify and sign new partners across the iGaming tech stack: PAM systems, platform and turnkey/white-label providers, and compliance or licensing consultancies.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: outreach, first conversation, commercial terms, contract, integration, launch, growth and long-term strategic support.
- Work with Solutions Engineering (“pre-sales”) to deliver native integrations of Sumsub (KYC, AML, age verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling checks) into partner platforms.
- Drive revenue through the partner channel with referral, reseller and integration-based models, and deliver against your partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
- Enable partners’ sales and account teams with training, materials, joint value propositions and co-selling on shared opportunities.
- Run joint marketing with partners, such as webinars, case studies, co-branded content and announcements.
- Work closely with key stakeholders - igaming BDMs (globally), CSMs, marketing & operations Represent Sumsub at key iGaming events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB Live, SBC Summit and others). This includes setting up meetings, networking and speaking engagements. Bring back market insight on regulatory changes, partner requirements and competitor activity to shape product and go-to-market priorities.
- Keep partner data and pipeline up to date in the CRM and report regularly on partner performance.
About You:
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development or sales in iGaming, B2B SaaS, RegTech or payments.
- Direct experience working with or for iGaming platform providers, PAM systems or B2B suppliers to operators is a strong advantage.
- An existing network across the iGaming B2B ecosystem.
- An understanding of how iGaming operators work: licensing, regulated markets, compliance requirements (KYC/AML, age verification, source of funds, responsible gambling).
- A track record of closing partnership deals and generating revenue through referral or reseller channels.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
- Able to talk about integrations with technical stakeholders. You don’t need to code, but APIs and SDKs shouldn’t scare you.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a structured, self-driven way of working.
- Willing to travel to industry events and partner meetings (approximately 2 trips per quarter).
- Location in London, Riga, Valetta would be a plus
