Senior Test Analyst

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Working within a product-focused engineering team, you’ll work across both manual and automated testing - designing and executing thorough test cases, identifying issues, and ensuring solutions meet both technical requirements and customer expectations.

You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to investigate, document, and communicate defects clearly to support prioritisation and resolution. Alongside hands-on testing, you’ll contribute to improving testing practices and support the development of more junior testers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, write and execute detailed test cases based on requirements
• Identify, analyse and document defects in a clear, reproducible way
• Assess impact and support prioritisation of issues
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Contribute to test process improvemets and best practice
• Provide guidance and support to junior testers

About You

You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative tester who enjoys getting into the depth of how products work. You take pride in delivering quality outcomes and supporting others to do the same.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in manual and automated software testing at a senior level
• Strong experience in test case design
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and testing best practices
• Experience working with SQL/databases
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly document issues
• Experience mentoring or supporting others
• Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB Advanced (desired)
• Experience testing mobile and/or cloud services (desired)
• Experience with coding or scripting to support test automation, tooling, or credential development would be an advantage
