Role Overview
Your Role:
Support for project controlling as well as organizational and administrative tasks.
Support in the billing/invoicing process.
Hardware management (customer-specific).
Controlling of onboarding processes.
Interface function between operational departments.
Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, reporting, and SLA management.
Project documentation and archiving.
Process documentation.
Your Profile:
Your working style is hands-on, you're a team player, and you have strong social skills. Additional attributes include:
You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and have initial professional experience in project support.
Very good user skills in MS Office / Office 365 – especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Above-average attention to detail in handling tasks.
Independent action and task management.
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
