Sorumluluklar & Gereklilikler;

  • En az Ön Lisans mezunu (minimum 2 yıl),
  • 3–5 yıl arası ilgili alanda deneyim sahibi,
  • Petrokimya, rafineri ve benzeri büyük ölçekli endüstriyel tesislerde döner ekipman kontrollerinde görev almış,
  • API standartlarına hâkim,
  • Petrol ve Enerji sektöründe kullanılan döner ekipmanların mekanik çalışma prensipleri ve performans testleri konusunda bilgili,
  • Benzer projelerde döner ekipman montaj ve devreye alma faaliyetlerinde aktif rol almış,
  • Teknik raporlama yapabilen,
  • Kocaeli’nde ikamet eden veya ikamet edebilecek,

Teknik Kontrol & Saha Deneyimi;

  • Montaj öncesi foundation ve grout kontrollerini gerçekleştirebilen,
  • Foundation elevasyon ve eksen kontrollerini yapabilen,
  • Motor dönüş yönü kontrolü gerçekleştirebilen,
  • Kaplin ayar kontrolleri konusunda deneyimli (Ön kaplin ayarı, Pompa emiş/çıkış borulaması stres kontrolü, Topal ayak (soft foot) kontrolü, Final kaplin ayarı),
  • Vibrasyon ölçüm ve kontrollerini yapabilen,
  • Fan yatakları eksen kontrolü gerçekleştirebilen,Motor dönüş yönü kontrollerinde sahada aktif görev almış.
