  • Servis Organizasyonu (Tesis ve Saha) kapsamında yürütülen tüm faaliyetlerin Bosch Rexroth İSG (HSE), kalite ve çalışma standartlarına, yerel mevzuata, CE direktiflerine ve ilgili tüm tesis talimat ve kurallarına uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilmesinin sağlanması,
  • Onarım, test ve saha servis çalışmalarının ilgili norm ve kurallara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmesi,
  • Oransal ve servo valflerin onarım ve test işlemlerinin yapılması,
  • Bildirim (notification) işlemleri başta olmak üzere servis ile ilgili SAP işlemlerinin yürütülmesi,
  • Müşteri garanti taleplerinin değerlendirilmesi ve garanti raporlarının hazırlanması,
  • Müşteri sahasında saha servis hizmetinin verilmesi ve saha servis raporlarının hazırlanması, devreye alma ve çalıştırma desteğinin sağlanması,
  • Müşterilere devreye alma (commissioning) ve ilk çalıştırma (start-up) desteğinin sağlanması,

Nitelikler

  • Meslek Lisesi veya MYO ilgili bölümlerinden mezun (Makine, Hidrolik, İş Makinaları, Mekatronik vb. bölümler),
  • Özellikle servo valfler ve oransal valfler konusunda teknik yeterliliğe sahip,
  • Bilgisayar okuryazarlığı ve Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) bilgisi,
  • Temel hidrolik ve tercihen elektrik bilgisine sahip,
  • Hidrolik devre şeması ve teknik resim okuma ve yorumlama becerisi,
  • SAP satış ve servis modülleri hakkında bilgi sahibi,
  • Kumpas, mikrometre vb. standart ölçüm aletleri konusunda bilgi sahibi ve aktif olarak kullanabilen,
  • Zamanında ve kaliteli üretim disiplinini almış, dikkatli, takım çalışmasına yatkın,
  • 5S hakkında bilgi sahibi, temiz ve düzenli,
  • Genel İş Güvenliği ve Çevre Kural ve Uygulamalarına hakim ve uygulayıcı.
