About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B&I Sales Executive to join our Building & Infrastructure (B&I) team in Astana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and achieving sales targets across a broad portfolio of Building & Infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets for Building & Infrastructure services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, EPC companies, government entities, investors, and industrial clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and project award.

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses in line with client requirements.

Coordinate with technical and operational teams to develop customized service solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities in Kazakhstan.

Participate in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Bureau Veritas services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
