Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

  • Define and maintain standards (process, methods and tools) and related documentation for the Supply Chain process at the Repair Center.
  • Coordinate the entire workflow in the supply chain of materials destined for work at the Repair Center, to ensure that planned production activities (missing parts) are completed while minimizing costs and obsolete inventory.
  • Manages the process of submitting purchase requisitions and placing orders for revolving materials, also keeps track of the minimum inventory of revolving materials to ensure that there is a reserve to ensure the planned production work.
  • Manage work packages, budgeting activities for the project and lead optimization initiatives.
  • Forecast and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor Supply Chain KPIs for the project and ensure top performance.

What you bring

  • Fluent English
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • ERP proficiency - SAP or similar software
  • Excelent analytical skills and tools proficiency (Excel, Power BI)
  • Understanding of the entire supply chain process from planning to warehousing
  • Understanding of cost and budgeting processes

How success is measured

  • Supply Chain KPIs within target
  • Budget discipline, zero deviation
  • Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.

  • Corporate shuttlebus
  • Empatia subscription (wellness platform with psychologists, life and business coaches, fitness trainers, pet psychologists and others)
  • Alstom University with Career Path
