What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems and components.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures and company standards.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and tools.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the capability to work independently when needed.
