What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures.
- Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
- Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical work in an industrial environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and safety standards.
- Capability to troubleshoot basic operational issues and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn and support multiple plant functions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear.
- Ability to safely perform job duties in varying weather conditions and industrial environments with exposure to dust, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
