Talent Acquisition Specialist in Astana

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Astana to ensure high-quality high-volume recruitment. This is high-stakes recruitment securing business continuity not just placements. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

  • Sourcing top talent for BC and WC positions;
  • Contributing to recruitment strategy development;
  • Coordinating work with partners, specifically universities and colleges;
  • Participating in and leading HR projects.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across all business — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • An array of appraisal technics;
  • Time-management skills;
  • Data accuracy, competent with excel, data analysis;
  • Spoken English and Kazakh.
