Country Marketing Coordinator - UAE

Role Overview

The Country Marketing Coordinator is responsible for on-the-ground execution of marketing activities across the UAE, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of events, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

This role is highly execution-focused, supporting both country and regional teams by translating strategy into seamless operational delivery, with a strong emphasis on events and digital channel management (e.g., Instagram and other platforms).

Qualifications

•1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or digital execution

1. Event Execution & Coordination

•Plan and execute local marketing events (trainings, workshops, KOL events, congresses)

•Coordinate logistics including venue, materials, speakers, and attendees

•Ensure smooth end-to-end event delivery aligned with brand and compliance standards

2. Digital & Social Media Implementation

•Execute and manage local digital assets and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

•Ensure content is aligned with global/regional guidelines while relevant to the local market

4. KOL & Stakeholder Coordination

•Support coordination with local KOLs, clinics, and partners for events and campaigns

5. Data Reporting & Administrative Support

•Collect and report local marketing activity data (events, digital performance, feedback)

6. Compliance & Quality Control

•Ensure all activities adhere to local regulatory and company compliance standards
