Main Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Workflow ModernizationAnalyze enterprise workflow platforms, business processes, and system requirementsGather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user storiesSupport modernization and migration initiatives from legacy systems to next-generation platformsIdentify process gaps, optimization opportunities, and operational improvements
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teamsManage stakeholder communication, expectation alignment, and requirement clarificationSupport workshops, discussions, and cross-functional coordination activitiesCollaborate with multinational teams in Agile development environments
• Data-Driven Insights & Operational SupportSupport business reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking initiativesAnalyze business and operational data to support decision-making and process improvementContribute to strategic planning, migration tracking, and operational visibility
• Agile Delivery & Change ManagementParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and release readiness activitiesPrepare training materials, user documentation, and change enablement supportHelp drive adoption of new systems, workflows, and operational processes

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Solution environments
• Experience working on enterprise workflow systems, migration projects, or internal IT solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process analysis capability
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery
• Good understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and business process optimization
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with multinational or global teams
• Good English communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms
• Exposure to workflow automation or Low-Code / No-Code platforms
• Experience supporting change management or digital transformation initiatives
• Agile, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certifications
• Experience handling multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
