Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end internship process for four Bosch entities in Thailand, including hiring, onboarding, exit processes, and contract management.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers and interns at Bangkok and Rayong locations related to internship activities and inquiries.
  • Prepare company-related documents for foreign employees and interns to support Thai visa applications from overseas.
  • Liaise between expatriates and vendors for inbound expat logistics, including immigration related matters and invoices settlement.
  • Support HR digitalization initiatives (Power Automate and Power BI) and shared service projects.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams 365.
  • Available for a minimum 4-month internship period.
