Clara is a leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation, used by more than 50,000 businesses and with around 400 employees. The Product Designer, Design Systems role owns Prism, Clara's design system, and is a hands-on builder reporting to the Head of Design who prototypes in code, opens pull requests, wires up agents and runs evals. Senior engineers own the design system architecture while this role defines what the system should be and delivers it. The position is hybrid, splitting time between the office, customers and home.
