Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Motivate and support team members to achieve their peak performance through coaching
- Collaborate with branch managers to set and review performance targets
- Monitor performance, driving accountability with Branch Leadership teams and individual team members
- Build action plans to address operational inefficiencies and support the execution
- Provide feedback and recommendations around performance and sale improvements
To be considered, you should possess:
- Proven experience and performance in sales
- Experience in training and/or coaching is essential
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Outstanding leadership, and influencing abilities
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
- Result orientated with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
- Strong analytical approach and great attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate on a regular basis
